Customer Service Coordinator reports to Service Manager.
Objectives and Responsibilities:
CSC's mission is to drive customer loyalty through response to inbound customer calls and proactive outbound calls as appropriate.
A successful candidate will need to be, well organized and detail oriented.The ability to communicate clearly both orally and written, with the Service Team in order to insure that our customers needs are met is essential.
Experience in a call centre or similar background would be an asset.
