About the Job

Communicate with prospects that show an interest in Sterling-Turner services.
Move prospects through the marketing process.
Escalate qualified leads to the Sales Team.
Enter or update prospect information into the CRM system.
Carry out outbound calls that generate leads.
Prospect, generate, and qualify leads through outbound telephone calls and emails for various call lists.
Present value proposition clearly and succinctly.
Provide weekly, monthly callout results.
Report on the success of marketing campaigns, and the velocity of prospects through the sales cycle.
Other related duties as assigned.

Strong Communications & Presentation Skills.
Confidence and ability to interface professionally with a wide spectrum of customers including C-level executives.
Ability to structure verbal and written communications to strongly influence stakeholders in the purchasing process.

Educational background & experience:
Completion of post-secondary Diploma or Degree.
A minimum of two (2) years proven success in direct business-to-business sales, business-to-business cold calling, or phone based business-to-business prospecting.
Excellent problem solving skills.
Exhibit proficient use of computer software applications – MS Office.
Results driven and self motivated.
