Hand in Hand is seeking motivated individuals for a permanent Part-Time rotation. Part time staff will be responsible to work collaboratively with Full Time shift partner to plan, implement, and coordinate programming and provide direct support to individuals.
Effective calming and de-escalation techniques.
Confident in problem solving and decision making skills.
Motivated and creative program planning is an asset.
Be able to follow written and verbal direction.
Possess good writing and communication skills.
Able to work collaboratively with shift partner and team to ensure proper care for residents.
Must have at least a college diploma in a related field.
At least a G level license.
Experience is an asset.
