Showcase your networking abilities through maintaining key talent communities for current and future opportunities
Able to develop creative and proactive sourcing strategies to find amazingly talented individuals.
Work hand in glove with hiring managers to determine efficient and effective recruitment processes that will attract and close the best talent for Client.
Act as an employee brand ambassador with every candidate interaction.
Conduct full-cycle recruitment activities including job scoping, sourcing, screening, interviewing and job offers in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Work as a high-performing team member with hiring managers and business unit leaders to build trusted partnerships.
Share your talent market expertise and knowledge with managers and employees related to best practices to increase the organization’s success.
You’ll also help in creating and refining processes using “best practices” to ensure efficient and effective talent acquisition activities.
Positively support talent acquisition programs and practices resulting in efficient and effective service delivery.
Senior IT Recruiter Mandatory Skills:
You are a senior information technology recruiter with 7 to 9 years of full cycle recruitment experience, in a high-volume, fast-paced dynamic business environment.
You take pride that you survived and thrived in completing your degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or in a related area.
You have a track record on recruiting senior IT related technical positions
You love building outstanding relationships to work effectively with hiring managers, business unit leaders and candidates.
You have an interest in metrics and data, and see the value in decisions being driven by this insight
You are an avid learner and are adept in market trends that affect recruiting efforts.
You are a sourcing and networking guru – utilizing various sourcing tools (including social media).
You wow your peers with your impressive track record in sourcing amazing talent and defining effective recruitment activities
You have a high attention to detail and a thoroughness with all aspects of candidate documentation
And last, but not least, you have the ability to prioritize activities, deliver effective results and meet deadlines.
