Our Care Access Centre is where it all happens. Our Client Relations Specialist complete quality assurance outbound calls with the objective of obtaining feedback from clients regarding services that were accessed previously with the purpose of ensuring client satisfaction with the service(s) provided, as well as recommending additional support as appropriate. Succeeding as a Client Relations Specialist will require the following core qualifications and skills

  • A Bachelor degree, community college diploma or equivalent post-secondary education preferably in health sciences, social services or a client-focused field.
  • The flexibility to work shifts which may include days, evenings, weekends
  • Previous customer service experience in social services, sales, call centres and/or office environments preferred
  • Ability to assess client needs and recommend additional EAP service(s) as appropriate
  • Excellent customer service skills, and strong written and verbal communication skills in English (French is a strong asset)
