Quintet Consulting est à la recherche d'un.e technicien.ne comptable bilingue afin de soutenir le travail administratif de notre compagnie. Sous l'autorité de la gestionnaire du bureau d'Ottawa, le/la technicien.ne comptable effectue la tenue de livre dans Quickbooks, prépare les factures à chaque mois, prépare la paie deux fois par mois et calcul les retenues à la source, et contribue à l'ensemble des tâches administratives du bureau.
Quintet Consulting a deux bureaux administratifs, et ce poste serait pour le bureau d'Ottawa. Une présence hybride au bureau serait possible, une fois la période de formation complétée. Une expérience préalable en tant que technicien comptable ou commis comptable est préférable. Une formation dans le domaine est demandée. Rémunération prévue entre 45 000$ et 65 000$, dépendant de l'expérience.

Quintet Consulting is seeking a bilingual Accounting Technician to support the administrative work of our company. Reporting to the Ottawa Office Manager, the Accounting Technician performs bookkeeping in Quickbooks, prepares invoices monthly, prepares payroll twice a month and calculates payroll deductions, and assists with all office administrative tasks.
Quintet Consulting has two administrative offices, and this position would be for the Ottawa office. A hybrid presence in the office would be possible, once the training period is completed. Previous experience as an accounting technician or accounting clerk is preferred. Training in the field is required. Anticipated salary between 45 000$ and 65 000$, depending on the level of experience.
