Job Summary
Ripple Rock Restorations DKI is looking for a permanent full time Administrative Assistant/Receptionist in our very busy Campbell River office. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for daily administrative duties as well as playing a supportive role to the Branch Manager, Project Managers, Mitigation and Repair Managers.
Duties will include but are not limited to answering phones (multiple phone lines), responding to email messages from our website, downloading photos and documents, scanning, and set up of new claims/jobs. The job duties will also include scheduling appointments, file management, requesting sub trade quotes.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has:

  • strong computer skills
  • strong written and verbal communication skills
  • excellent phone manners
  • A working knowledge and experience in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and OneNote is necessary

And is able to:

  • multi task in a high stress environment
  • work well independently and in a team environment
  • maintain discretion
  • learn new computer programs quickly (there will be quite a few to master)
  • handle a high volume of phone calls
  • problem solve while remaining calm

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Administrative Certification/Education is preferred but not necessary if relevant experience exists

This is a permanent full time positon. The hours will be Monday — Friday 8:30-4:30.
