SoftOne Technologies SA, a leading company in Software Development and IT services, is looking for a Support Consultant to join Support Services Team. The candidate will be responsible for:

Main Duties & Responsibilities
Partner and customer support
Research and reproduce customer issues and provide solutions within a certain time frame
Training of Customers and Partners on Soft1 products through webinars and/or live training sessions
On site configuration for startup or add-on projects
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or relevant field
2+ working experience in similar position in the IT Industry
Very good knowledge of ERP software
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
Excellent customer – oriented skills
Very good command of English language
