Position Overview

The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for developing marketing assets (both digital and print) as well as the outer packaging design of our upcoming products. They will work closely with FORM’s Creative Director, VP of Product Design, and Marketing and Communications team. This role requires a proactive person who is accountable for results and is comfortable working both independently and within cross-disciplinary teams.

Primary Responsibilities

  • With Marketing and Communications teams, develop assets for web, adverts, and marketing collateral. Assets should have a consistent look and feel in order to achieve an integrated brand identity.
  • Work with key stakeholders to develop and implement outer packaging design for upcoming FORM products.
  • Work with key stakeholders to art-direct photo shoots and act as a key contributor to the production of video material and animations.
  • Develop assets, including vector illustrations, for product documentation.
  • Help refine and update the FORM brand guidelines as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A strong portfolio of designs covering digital (including web) and print with detailed descriptions of your process, role, and contribution.
  • A university degree in a relevant field and 5-7+ years of industry experience.
  • Expert user of Adobe Creative Suite. Experience building animations with Adobe After Effects a plus.
  • Solid understanding of how to design assets for responsive websites.
  • E-commerce experience and basic working knowledge of HTML/CSS a plus.
  • Prior experience developing packaging designs for consumer products a plus.
  • Understanding and appreciation for consumer product branding and positioning.
  • Proven ability to create compelling illustrations and work with typography to enhance designs.
  • Strong photography and photo-editing skills.
