Position Overview:
The Project Manager is a hands-on critical role that manages ERP and supporting application programs at Canada Goose. The ERP (Dynamics 365) sits at the heart of Canada Goose’s application ecosystem and is responsible for the daily operations of our global business. With the broad offering of enterprise applications, the Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the delivery of Enterprise Programs to the business using both agile and waterfall models. This is a hands-on role, as we continue to build out the capabilities of Project Management within the organization. Hands-on includes creating and managing plans for the various programs. The delivery of these Programs is a joint venture with IT and the business. To be successful in this role, you started as a ERP Business Analyst for a global manufacturing business and have continued to grow through project and program management.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee planning, governance, reporting, direction and leadership for all phases of Enterprise Programs from development to delivery
Acts as a project manager, developing, planning, executing, controlling, documenting and closing projects
Partner with the business to help prioritize Enterprise program deliverables
Lead the development of the annual Program plan to support corporate strategic objectives
Facilitate and lead the ERP Steering Committee
Manage and oversee the ERP and other Programs as assigned
Oversee audit and compliance requirements for all Programs
Report to Steering Committee, Executive Team and Board as required
Coach and mentor Project Managers
Help build out Project Management capabilities in business

Experience, Education and Designations:
Bachelors or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent professional experience
PMP or related certification
5+ years working in an agile environment
5+ years of experience as a Enterprise Technology Project Manager
Led 3+ full cycle ERP implementations in a global manufacturing organization, preferably Dynamics 365
Advanced computer skills with proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Project Management, ERP, PLM and Defect Management software

You work independently with minimal supervision as well as within teams in a fast-paced environment with an ability to prioritize multiple personal and program level deliverables
You have the ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial and fun team atmosphere while leading organizational and employee development

Working conditions:
Usually work regular business hours, but may require evenings and weekends to complete projects or maintenance on systems
Work in offices, manufacturing facilities, environmentally controlled server rooms
Up to 15% international travel
