Corporate Lending Operations is dedicated to providing outstanding service as we support lending and administrative activities for TD Securities Corporate Clients.
The team is comprised of over 70 experienced individuals across multiple groups who are dedicated to the following:
CAIRO Administration: processing and distribution of authorized corporate credits housed in the Cairo credit origination system and the approval database. This team also provides administrative support to Aces and Customer Link and ensures relationships are accurately captured throughout the various systems.
Bi-lat Loan Administration: provides administrative, transactional and support functions for Bi-lateral and Participant deals.
Agency Administration: provides administrative, transactional and support for TD Agented deals.
Loan Sales & Trading: provides support in the settlement of loan trades.
Retail and Non-Negotiable: is responsible for compliance tracking, servicing foreign currency loans for the enterprise and providing general banking support.
As an Analyst, the incumbent is responsible for the day-to-day administration of a group of assigned borrowing accounts where TD is a participant or assigned the role as Agent. The incumbent must have knowledge of consortium lending / other multi-lender transactions. This will include overseeing such things as Loan transactions, documentation review, upkeep and maintenance of client profiles / records, daily transactional reconciliation, customer service and day-to-day account operations.
Position is responsible for the interpretation of Loan Agreements and other legal documents in support of the loan facilities. Incumbent must oversee the monitoring of accounts for compliance within the credit terms established ensuring suitable notification to Senior Management as required.
The incumbent is accountable to identify, recommend and implement operational efficiencies to improve the effectiveness of the department.
Manage a corporate lending portfolio and support customer service activities by ensuring timely and accurate quality processing

issues, and recommend improvements that arise from monitoring and
Ensure the quality of own work and understand its impact on the
activities of others within and outside of own function / unit.
Maintain effective relationships with business partners, lawyers and other
Identify and recommend automation opportunities; implement agreed upon
As appropriate, oversee the delivery of projects and communicate project
status on an ongoing basis, escalating where necessary to achieve
Assist in the development of operational improvements in order to
streamline procedures and enhance customer service, ensure changes are
implemented and adhered to by the team.
Contribute to the success of the team by willingly assisting others in
the performance and completion of duties.
Facilitate / lead a minimum of one group meeting per year.
Proficient Microsoft Suite of products and Mainframe
Strong organizational and time management skills
Strong verbal / written communication skills
Must be self-motivated, strong team player; possess sharp analytical and problem solving skills.
Ability to work with high profile clients as well as Senior Management.
