The Store Manager is responsible to drive all metrics and KPI's. In addition, they are to set the tone for the day, maintain the culture of the business, protect the brand, inspire the team and model excellent customer service. Implementation and execution of the store policies and marketing programs is essential to increase top line sales and grow the existing customer base.

- Maximize the sales performance of the ASM and the sales associates by setting personal goals, motivating, coaching and development individually and on a team level.
- Promotes a positive guest service by ensuring associates are following the Pandora Selling Conversation; responds to guest inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Performs operational activities including but not limited to: cash handling and reporting, price changes, merchandise handling, opening and closing duties.
- Monitors associate sales activities and productivity utilizing Dashboard reports, weekly observations and daily chat in/out forms.
- Monitors and supports all team members in building, maintenance and utilization of the clientele program
- Maintains an awareness of guests to both increase service levels and reduce security risks; remains current on operational policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
- Maintains knowledge of current sales and promotions; presents and displays merchandise in accordance with current promotions and standards.
- Previous experience in a high performance selling environment
- 4 years previous experience in a managerial role
- Operationally strong with an understanding of inventory and excel spreadsheets
- Must have open availability
- Required to work occasional on/off-site promotional events, including evenings and weekends
