The CSR plays an extremely important role in Arbutus RV. They are often perceived, by the customer, as “Arbutus RV”. In many cases the CSR is the first and last contact we have with our customers so it is extremely important that we entrust friendly, helpful caring individuals to take on these important roles.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Welcome and assist customers with expediting their service and repair needs
  • Prepare service and repair work orders and invoices
  • liaisons with the Service Manager and Technicians to maximize customer satisfaction and productivity
  • Liaise with business office and detail supervisor for unit deliveries
  • Scheduling of service and repair appointments
  • Liaisons with parts department to ensure parts ordered correct and efficiently
  • Assist with parts as required
  • Assist with warranty as required
  • Essentially all aspects of a "Parts & Service" department counter person

Qualifications and Skills

Prior RV parts and service experience is a definite asset but if you like to help people, are proficient working on a PC and a quick learner don’t miss this opportunity.
