This role is the primary customer contact during the Customer Onboarding process (from Registration to Go Live), clarifying, completing or correcting information contained on the registration forms, communicating expectations and schedules to the customer, and ensuring that the onboarding process flows smoothly. This role is also responsible for enhancing the level of engagement the customer feels during the onboarding process, thus improving the registration to go-live ratio.
Interview customer to understand nuances of payroll – e.g. union calculations, prefunding schedule, GL account requirements
Set up new clients with required processes within the payroll databases and systems
Schedule customer training and “go-live” payroll runs with customers
Initiate calls to customer to place them into onboarding schedule
Track issues and communications with new customers
Education and Experience: HS/GED and 2 years or Tech Cert and 0 years
French and English Bilingual
Education: Associates (or certificate) Payroll/insurance/finance industry or equivalent
