WE is seeking a strong self-motivated self-starter driven by results, to be our Manager, CRM and Email Marketing. The incumbent will report directly to the Director, Digital Marketing. The individual will lead the management + implementation of the organizational email strategy and will assist in new platform transitions. This role is a blend between email content strategy, list management and project management and will work alongside other digital teams.

Responsibilities and Duties
Strategy and Planning
List Management: Create, manage and update lists according to business and organizational level needs. Understanding the crossover between lists and ideating ideal campaign structure is a must.
Integration: Assess and recommendations for design of information architecture between CRM and marketing automation platform.
Editorial Calendar: Manage and monitoring of organizational editorial calendar of all deployed emails.
Implementation and Testing
Automation Implementation: Implementation of complex drip campaigns, and lead scoring systems to increase nurture capacity and generate leads.
Troubleshooting and QA: Understanding of cross platform integrations, and ability identify/articulate an issue when necessary.
Customer Service: Manages relationships with cross- functional teams to ensure that there is alignment of deployment times and accuracy of lists.
Qualifications and Skills
Experience configuring and managing campaigns within CRM and marketing automation platforms (i.e. Salesforce, Pardot, Hubspot, Marketo, ExactTarget, etc…)
Problem solving – You're resourceful, know how to creatively solve problems, identify gaps and have excellent analytical skills.
Organizational/Project Management – You have the ability to organize and create structure within complex systems.
Entrepreneurial – This is an opportunity to truly build a practice from the ground up. You put the customer experience first and you think about all potential touchpoints they might have with the brand.
Strong Communication – Ability to recommend compelling copy for briefing to creative teams.
