Wok Box Fresh Asian Kitchen – Head Office is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant for a Maternity Leave Contract position with the possibility of extension.
Reporting to the Office Administrator the Administrative Assistant supports the Marketing Department and Head Office Team.
- Greet visitors in-person and on the phone
- Handle all outgoing and incoming mail and couriers
- Organize and update spreadsheets
- Work with vendors and obtain quotes daily
- Handle all inquiries and customer complaints through our company website and social media platforms
- Maintain organized filing system
- Provide administrative support to marketing department
- Support the execution of marketing special projects
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent at communicating in English, both written and orally
- Passionate about organization
- Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities
- 1-2 years of experience in an Admin position
- Strong skills in MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
