We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to work at our corporate head office in Montreal, Quebec. Reporting to the Executive Vice President, this position’s main focus is to provide administrative support FMT’s management team.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING | THE ROLE

  • Coordination of travel plans, events and meetings
  • Manage agendas of head office group
  • Assist communications and commercial team with marketing projects
  • Prepare and edit confidential correspondence
  • Act as liaison between head office and terminals

WHAT YOU BRING | THE PERSON

  • Minimum 5 years prior experience in a similar role
  • Self starter, innovative and collaborative approach
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a continually changing environment
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office tools
  • Agile in corporate administrative systems for attendance and expense purposes
