In this role, you’ll use all these traits while working with new and existing patients on a daily basis. You’ll greet and direct patients, answer phones, schedule appointments and provide administrative support to our team.
On a practical level, you will:
Greet patients as they walk in and explain next steps
Present a professional image for the clinic
Answer and direct incoming calls and route them to the correct department/doctor in a timely and professional manner
Assist with patient appointment scheduling
Liaise with other departments as needed
Ensure all patient files are kept confidential, ordered, and up to date
Review cheques, process transactions and print receipts as needed
Provide a variety of administrative support services such as: scanning, filing, arranging courier pickup and delivery, ensuring the reception area is neat and tidy, sorting incoming mail, etc.

Working @ Anova Fertility
This is a full-time position, with an hourly wage in the range of $16.00 to $23.00/hour, commensurate with experience. You’ll work in our North York location, open 7 days a week and easily accessible through TTC, right above Sheppard station. You will work 4-5 days through Monday-Sunday and rotating weekend shifts, starting at 7 AM. Additional hours may be offered depending on our needs and your availability.

The most important thing is your personality and aptitude – you’re friendly, helpful, organized, and fast-paced. In addition, these qualifications will come in handy:
College diploma and/or Medical Office Assistant diploma
Experience handling medical reception duties and a multi-line phone system
Experience with electronic medical records systems
Experience taking payments through POS systems and handling cash
Track record of performing variety of clerical tasks with accuracy and speed
Experience in a client facing or customer service role
And here’s what would be an asset:
Experience in a fertility clinic or women’s clinic
Experience working with Accuro
