Your focus: the customer
Your day-to-day activities:
Meet with clients for their in-home appointment
Educate clients about the sales process and present all the tools we have to offer
Take interior and exterior photos of the properties being listed for sale
Collect relevant property information and enter it into our database
Conduct a Comparative Market Analysis for the seller’s property
Activate internet marketing information including photos and property details
Work with fellow team members to support our seller’s experience
We are looking for:
A salesperson or broker license under the Real Estate and Business Brokers Act with a minimum of 1 years’ experience
A strong capacity to develop and maintain relationships
Passion and dedication to exceptional customer service
Excellent time management skills
A valid driver’s license and own a car
A flexible work schedule
