As a CRM Business Systems Analyst, you will lead and implement important projects across the company in a hands-on role. You will work with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Customer Support and Engineering teams to meet the needs and goals of the business.
Lead projects from beginning to end while solving challenging problems
Perform complex business and systems analysis work to identify pain points
Document processes, identify gaps, and discover new opportunities for automation
Implement simple and scalable long-term technical solutions using custom objects, validation rules, approval processes, workflows, process builders, omni-channel, and flows
Be a liaison and work with squares across the company (marketing, sales, partnerships, customer success, finance, product, and engineering) as their CRM partner
Create up-to-date functional and technical systems documentation
Handle inbound user requests and troubleshoot issues
BS in Information Systems, Computer Science or other relevant degree
8+ years of enterprise experience including in-depth knowledge of the Salesforce.com platform’s configuration, architecture, and implementation best practices
Experience with project management methodologies to manage timelines
Understanding of CRM principles including sales and customer support operations
Previous roles in a consulting or high growth, tech environment
Experience with the new lightning framework
Knowledge in SOQL, Visualforce, and Apex
