On behalf of our client in the Banking Sector, PROCOM is looking for an Intermediate Project Control Officer.
Intermediate Project Control Officer – Job Description
Supporting the team’s administrative tasks
Developing executive presentations (weekly)
Taking meeting minutes (5 - 6 meetings/day)
Organizing meeting information into an action log
Follow-up on action items to ensure task completion
Financial tracking, managing items such as vendor invoices and tracking payments
Other ad-hoc tasks and requests as required
This role will be supporting a US-based project outsourcing their technology operations to a 3rd-party vendor as well as integrating a variety of newly acquired businesses into a single business unit. The team is also leading a few strategic initiatives such as new product launches at the same time.
They will be working with the project manager, 2 senior consultants, subject matter experts in the US, and technology teams.
This role will be part of a team with a great culture that has many team events and strong leadership.
Will work closely with the business and offer a chance to gain knowledge and experience in the Private Wealth space.
The program this role supports is one of the top 10 strategic programs within the bank and is high-profile.
The role will also offer some opportunities to travel to the US for work.
Intermediate Project Control Officer – Mandatory Skills
2-4+ years of project coordination experience
Experience creating quality presentations and slide decks for executives
Experience with project finances
Strong communication and documentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage ones’ time
