We are looking for experienced cross-functional senior product analysts that will work in an Agile team environment and be tasked with designing end-to-end solutions for next-generation modern apps primarily interacting with SAP Platform and connected ecosystem. The right individual is a strong communicator who can engage with various levels in an organization and present solution designs to senior leaders.
The Opportunity
Canada's largest food retailer is looking for senior SAP Product Analysts to join their team to be responsible for designing, configuring and integrating SAP solutions with various internal and external systems and standing up best in class SAP Retail solutions for the enterprise. This position provides the opportunity to work with different teams on many high-profile projects that requires knowledge in technology, and the ability to pick up new skills quickly, and apply them on tasks. This job incumbent is accountable to work closely with the business stakeholders, internal and external consultants and have a solid understanding of end-to-end process and systems flow and the ability to identify dependencies and risks. This role should have strong knowledge of SAP Retail Solution best practices and relevant SAP or cloud technologies such as SAP Cloud Platform, SAP Design Thinking, SAP UI5, SAP Fiori, SAP Net Weaver, Azure, GCP and Open Shift platforms.

Responsibilities:
  • Reviews solution designs to ensure guidelines, policies and standards are being followed including
o Risk Mitigation
o Security and Compliance
o Integration
o Data Volume Management
o Monitoring
o Using standard solutions where possible
  • Lead design sessions with multiple stakeholders of all levels and call out dependencies and risks
  • Accountable to consult and/or analyze business requirements, perform data analysis of business requirements, and creation of requirement and design documents using standard templates.
  • Identifying and diagnosing deficiencies related to solution designs and recommending solutions for mitigation.
  • Facilitate meetings and report on health of systems and projects to senior executives
  • Communicate ideas, and problems efficiently with different teams to help deliver a finished product before deadlines.
Must-Haves:
  • 5+ years experience in the Retail industry
  • Strong understanding of the Retail business, SAP Master Data, SAP Enterprise Structure.
  • 5+ years functional experience in multiple areas including MM, SD, FI, CO, PM, Retail ISP, POSDTA, Revenue posting, QIM, QM, Ariba and Field glass
  • Experience in S/4HANA implementations
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate ideas and results to multiple levels within an organization
  • Strong understanding of cloud concepts, software development lifecycle, agile methodology and DevOps.
  • Ability to influence and enforce standard design solutions in SAP
  • Ability to understand and articulate end to end business and system flow to technical and non-technical resources
  • Conceptual thinking: Possess an ability to convert abstract and complex information into concrete ideas that can be easily understood.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in performing root cause analysis.
  • Ability to coach product analysts and share best practices and knowledge
  • Ability to pick up new skills and apply them quickly and efficiently.
  • Strong teamwork skills that will help drive teams to reach project delivery budget and timelines.
Nice-to-Haves:
  • Experience in agile teams with daily stand-ups and a high degree of personal accountability
  • Skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Access and Visio.
  • Experience and familiarity with IT environment.
