Summary of The Position
As a member of our sales team, you play a key organizational role in our company. The mission of this position is to ensure that the company is growing its client base month over month. You will be provided with as many leads that you can handle and will be responsible for converting those leads into front-end sales.
This position is 90% commission based.

Requirements
- Minimum of 3 Years of experience in a similar role
- Previous experience in high ticket sales via zoom
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing + ecommerce (doesn’t mean you can manage campaigns, but you understand the lingo and can speak to it.)
- Approaches each day with a sense of urgency and purpose
- Experience with softwares like Clickup, Zoom, Hubspot and Slack
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload, even in a fast-moving working environment
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- You value open communication in your personal and professional relationships
- You genuinely enjoy helping others
- You are based in USA or Canada
Responsibilities
- Selling our DWY coaching program to prospective clients
- Selling our DFY agency services to prospective clients
- Conducting 7-10 schedule, inbound consults per day via Zoom
- Manage day-to-day business of operations, customer success and ads departments
- Exceeding minimum KPIs on a monthly basis
- Completing daily administrative work, attending sales training and
- Keeping your funnel up to date
