Role Summary
Reporting to the Human Resources Generalist, the primary role of the facilities and maintenance coordinator is to preform regular custodial tasks. This role includes but is not limited to cleaning, providing regular maintenance to manufacturing machinery e.g. CNC routers also monitoring and maintaining heating, cooling, lighting and plumbing systems. In this role the facilities and maintenance coordinator will also ensure not only interior but also the exterior of the building is kept in good condition during any season. Tasks involving salting walkways, shoveling, mowing lawns, cleaning windows etc. Coordinator will also compliment as a secondary company driver if and when required. Coordinator will ensure company vehicles are regularly maintained and flag manager when additional maintenance is required.
Job Description Role and Responsibilities
Ensuring office spaces, kitchen and warehouse floors are regularly cleaned throughout the week. These tasks include window cleaning, floor sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, dusting, etc.

Preferred Skills
Good communication skills, strong problem-solving skills, flexible to work rotating shifts to accommodate production schedule, must disclose any physical restrictions with regards to bend, twist, heavy lifting (< 50lbs), and long hour standing for 7 – 8 hours.
