What We Need:
Spot Solutions is looking for SharePoint / Power Platform Business Analyst with enterprise BA experience, including in-depth, hands-on knowledge of various Microsoft SharePoint, Power Platform and Office 365 solutions.

Business Analysis experience you need:
This role requires experience as an accomplished Business Analyst
Business Analysis Planning and Monitoring:
·Select the appropriate business analysis approach (waterfall or agile), evaluate complexity, assumptions, constraints, and dependencies, identify all stakeholders and estimate business analysis activities.
·Comply with our organizational standards and framework and identify improvements to business analysis performance.
Requirements Elicitation and Collaboration:
·Experience planning for interviews, leading an elicitation workshop, capture and communicate elicitation results, and engage stakeholders to confirm requirements.
·Proper use of OneNote to document and disseminate requirements information to all stakeholders.
·Manage requirements conflicts and issues resolution, maintain consensus on scope and maintain a collaborative approach with team members
Requirements Lifecycle Management:
·Correctly trace requirements backward to a business need and forward to a solution component and test cases.
·Systematic organization of requirements including versioning and communication of changes.
·Accurately baseline the requirements and track changes to scope.
·Confirm that stakeholders have a shared understanding of the requirement.
·Experience writing outlines and business cases.
·Experience doing GAP analysis, current state, future state and the change strategy to get there.
·Accurately identify why a change is needed and identify the benefits.
· Understand the people aspect of a project, understand organizational culture, structure, and impact on work efforts.
·Identify and present different solutions that meet the business need typically done through a cost-benefit analysis
Requirements Analysis and Design:
·Experience using techniques like user stories, process modeling, sequence diagrams, data flow diagrams, concept modeling and state modeling to specify and model requirements
·Experience writing technical functional specifications and proposals.
·Experience Verifying (quality of a requirement) and validating (delivery of business value) requirements with stakeholders.
·Work with a team of developers to recommend a solution and analyze opportunities to increase solution value.
·Work with a team of testers to ensure the solution is released with minimal bugs.
·As part of our account management plan, you will measure the performance of the application in production and analyze performance metrics such as usability, DB size, simplify or extend screen components, efficiencies gained, etc.
·Measure benefits realization and a plan to sustain them in the long run.
·Identify any roadblocks that might prevent the solution from realizing it’s full potential, identify any enterprise solution limitations as they relate to the organizational culture or readiness
·Recommend actions to increase solution value.
Technical experience you need:
·Platform experience with Azure, Office 365, Enterprise Mobility Suite, System Center, Power BI, SharePoint, Windows 10, and others.
·Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Balsamiq
What you’ll need to succeed:
·Be a great communicator, both verbally and in writing.
·Work closely and build strong trust-based relationships with new and existing clients while collaborating with the Spot Solutions team members over the entire life cycle of the project.
·Have a desire to be known, inside and outside of Spot Solutions, as a SharePoint/Power Platform subject matter expert.
·Be highly organized, analytical, naturally collaborative, and the primary client advocate.
·Help create a culture inside and outside of Spot Solutions as a trusted, friendly and accessible source for knowledge and help.
