Kabam Vancouver is looking for a Senior Web Designer to join us!

We don’t just make games, we play and love them too.

The ideal candidate will work closely with Product owners, Senior Web Developer, Content Manager, QA, Localization, Producer and Project Manager, to build applications that exceed customers expectations, and provide immersive experiences.

A little about you….

You are a highly creative, resourceful and visionary individual who can create and manage the design process. You’ll develop new IA and UI for websites, that includes allowances for localization, metrics and measurement as well as SEO.

You have:
An obsession with web design, marketing strategy, tactics, analytics and results
Creativity and imagination
The ability to manage many (sometimes competing) deadlines
A coachable attitude and you are open to constructive feedback
Confidence and you are strong in your technical knowledge and responsive design
Minimum of 3 years as a senior UI and UX web designer
Solid understanding of creating user-centered experiences with complex requirements
Driven to innovate and lead creative workflows and processes
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Excellent knowledge of Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite and prototyping tools
Expertise in motion design and web or mobile development is a bonus

You will:
Lead design research, ideation and creation of digital interfaces across platforms and devices
Facilitate discussions and design thinking / feedback sessions with project stakeholders
Ensure successful delivery of multiple projects by managing design deliverables and timelines
Collaborate with other areas of the marketing team, including social teams, and product marketing, to identify opportunities or gaps to fill that can be solved by the work that you do.

Your Background Includes:
Ability to form strong relationships with multiple departments and stakeholders
Fluent in social, web and channel trends
Knowledge of video game development
Solid ability to communicate and coordinate across multiple locations and departments
Exceptional team player
Ability to manage change and ambiguity in a rapidly changing environment
Four or more years of content for design experience.
You have a track record of creating awesome web experiences and can speak to the impact it had on the goals and objectives of the company.
Experience with WordPress, Google Analytics and the top social channels is a plus
Bachelor's degree in design and/or digital communications or equivalent working experience a plus.
