Sales Development Representative (SDR)

The main objective of the SDR role is to research, identify and contact potential customers via telephone and email/LinkedIn to verify fit with our services, and set meetings (in-person or virtual) or conference calls for our business development executives with prospective clients.

Responsibilities

  • Meet quotas for high volume prospecting
  • Meet quotas for qualified conversations with prospects
  • Meet quotas for conversion of qualified conversations to scheduled in-person or video conference meetings or conference calls with qualified prospects for our Business Development Executives
  • Qualify accounts and initiating the sales process by scheduling meeting (virtual or in-person) and/or conference calls for a Business Development Executive to further develop
  • Articulate the Company‚Äôs value proposition to decision-makers across multiple industries to assess buying interest
  • Utilizing Salesforce to track all pertinent information related to the prospect
  • Creating cadence with customized email and tailored outbound scripts
  • Daily use of subscription services like LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and/or ZoomInfo to research for the right companies and individuals to prospect through phone calls

Experience/Skills/Qualifications:

  • Experience in a high-quota outbound Call Center or as a Sales Development Rep/Lead Generation Rep considered a strong asset
  • Previous sales experience in which you demonstrated the ability to meet or exceed sales quotas or other types of quotas
  • Experience with SalesForce (Lightning or Classic) is consider an asset
  • Experience with LinkedIn, Sales Navigator and/or ZoomInfo is considered an asset
  • Experience coordinating, setting up video conferencing is considered an asset
  • Active and professional LinkedIn presence is considered an asset (please include your profile link in resume or cover letter if you have one)

Compensation:

  • Competitive Base Salary
  • Monthly bonuses tied to outbound dials/call attempt volume, qualified conversations, and secured meetings/video conference calls/conference calls for Business Development Executives
  • Individual per quote bonuses when qualified leads convert to a quote
