We are looking for a passionate health and safety professional who is resourceful, self-motivated, and creative to join our team. The successful candidate be responsible for handling front-line customer inquiries, uncovering our customers needs through friendly conversation and helping create solutions.
Interacting with clients by phone, chat and email to assess needs, discover opportunities and create solutions
Provide clients with detailed information and recommendations about required safety services including training courses and consultative services
Assist clients with basic technical support for our online training platform
Develop and nurture client relationships
Collaborate with the greater team to influence improvement of our products, service and productivity based on client feedback and your own creativity
Ensure excellent service is delivered through every interaction in a timely manner
Find ways to be surprisingly helpful when interacting with clients and the team
Provide support and collaborative contribution to the Training & Consulting department for a variety of internal and client projects
A degree, diploma or certificate in occupational health and safety from a recognized post-secondary institution OR equivalent recent occupational health and safety experience;
Ability to work independently but also in a team environment
Professional written and oral communication ability
Bilingual (English / French) in both verbal and written forms an asset
Some customer facing, retail or sales experience an asset
