Canadian Credit Cards is the largest dual issuer of Visa and MasterCard products and holds the position of #1 market share in Canada. TD Consumer and Business credit cards are distributed nationally, leveraging our retail distribution network, direct response channels and key co-brand partnerships. TD is a leader in direct to consumer affinity marketing by way of MBNA's hundreds of partnerships with financial institutions, retailers, non-profit organization, sports teams, and other third party organizations, including private label financing.
The Canadian Credit Cards Associate Program provides Associates the opportunity to do four six month rotations with a focus on the Associates attaining key experiences in Credit Card Acquisition, Product Management, Account Management and Credit Card Support like Analytics or Operations. These rotations provide the opportunity to develop strong analytical skills to determine business impact and understand how this all relates back to our customers; while also working in a dynamic team environment.
On top of working through four rotations the successful candidates:
Will have unique development opportunities such as learning boot camps with key Credit Card partners, Executive exposure/mentorship and presentations, and personal brand development sessions.
Will build and maintain strong relationship with colleagues across the Canadian Credit Card Businesses.
Act as a CCC Associate Program ambassador by supporting future cohorts, participating in internal committees driving positive change and impacting our community's through community events.
University Degree in a business related discipline (Co-op experience is preferred)
A self-starter who can work autonomously and be a strong team player
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Inquisitive with a proven ability to learn in unfamiliar environments
Microsoft Office Suite Skills (including Excel)
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Adaptable and resilient
A focus on customer service and building good relationships
Specific Educational Requirements/Accreditations:
Completing an Undergraduate degree in a business relating field with an expected graduation by June 2020.
