This is an entry-level office admin position with a focus on accuracy and providing exceptional and timely support to both internal and external stakeholders. Candidate must be comfortable with working in a warehouse environment.

The candidate must be a proactive and positive team-player who is able to work well under minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Required Availability:

  • Full-time
  • Sun-Thurs from 12:30pm-9pm


  • Enter purchase orders into AS400 system (training will be provided)
  • Update price list weekly
  • Enter and print invoices
  • Receive faxed orders
  • Clerical duties such as photocopying and filing
  • Other duties as assigned

The office clerk will also provide relief for our receptionist/cashier as needed:

  • Must have strong communication skills and pleasant manners
  • Operate switchboard, page and greet internal and external stakeholders
  • Will provide training on the Mitel phone system
  • Use of a calculator
  • Assist with walk-in sales (collect cash and enter invoices)


Education: completion of high school diploma; office / business admin training is an asset

Work experience: customer service, office experience, and familiarity within a warehouse environment would be an asset

Language: f luent in English – verbal and written

Technical: proficient computer skills; experience with AS400, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is an asset
