ITS Electronics Inc. is currently recruiting for Hybrid Microwave Integrated Circuit (HMIC) RF/ Technician/Technologist to join our dynamic team. This is a day shift contract position with an option of a permanent position.

Position Duties

Assemble, test and troubleshoot prototype circuits, and mechanical parts
HMIC Assembly;
Wire bonding (wedge & ball)
Ribbon bonding (wedge & parallel gap)
Perform tests and evaluations of electrical systems or prototype
Troubleshoot and replace electrical circuitry
Tuning of RF and microwave modules
Assist in the design and preparation of documentation
Prepare test data for engineering review
Tuning experience is a huge asset for this role

Essential Qualifications

Community College Graduate (3 Yr. Electronics Technologist Program) or equivalent
General knowledge of Microwave and RF circuits is required
Familiarity with clean room practices and ESD protection practices
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Must be able to obtain controlled goods clearance.
Experience with troubleshooting and problem solving of Analog and Digital circuits is an asset
A strong mechanical aptitude would be beneficial asset
Enthusiastic, detail and solution oriented, task focused, self motivated and must be able to work under minimal supervision
