About the Customer Success Team:

As a Logistics Associate your role will be directly managing shipping, receiving, and order picking for key accounts as a member of the Customer Success Team. You will be responsible to visit the customer's office on a weekly basis to help restock the office and collect key feedback. Roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

What does the Customer Success Team Do?

  • Visit customers on a weekly basis to restock inventory, ensure equipment is clean, and gathering feedback/information
  • Accurate route tracking and fulfillment
  • Keeping accurate records of inventory
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
  • Taking good care of vehicle fleet
  • Work with the Head of Logistics to fulfill orders to customers and relay any direct feedback to the Sales Team
  • These are just some of the tasks but most importantly we are looking for someone who has an open mindset to constantly improve the way we do things with a focus on customer excellence

What are we looking for?

  • You are a morning person that wakes up ready to take on any challenge
  • Flexibility to work any shift, willing and able to work overtime as required
  • You must be able to lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours a day and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach, all with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Strong communication skills
  • Customer service experience is a plus
  • A great positive attitude and attention to detail
  • Strong organization and time management skills


  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Have obtained a High School diploma or equivalent
  • Must have a valid drivers license
