Areas of Responsibility

Resource Planning

Participate in workforce requirement planning by defining hiring needs
Define required supplies, tools and equipment’s for operations
Validate accuracy of data required for the execution of operations particularly at critical points * Operational execution
Support the production team and resolve any issues that may arise
Lead, coach, train and supervise the team of front-line supervisors
Maintain constant and clear communication with the teams and departments
Manage relations with different stakeholders and suppliers
Track performance metrics and act proactively to resolve any potential issues

Process Optimization

Develop and maintain training package, standard operations procedures and policies
Improve quality of products delivered to our customers, health and safety standards and cross-departmental collaboration
Participate in the identification and prioritization of the improvement projects


The Ideal Candidate

Completed Bachelor's degree (Business, Engineering, Finance, or any relevant major)
3-7 years of work experience as a production manager or supervisor in a relevant manufacturing or production environment, with an emphasis on people management and resource distribution for lower wage workers
Advanced knowledge of Excel, SQL, strong data manipulation and analysis skills (i.e. index match, vlookups, coding macros, power pivot, VBA, etc.)
Alteryx experience would be considered an asset
Strong analytical skills and negotiation capabilities
Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
Exceptional time and project management capabilities
Advanced MS Office Skills
Passion for food
Customer-centered focus
Strong work ethic and a willingness to work long hours
Entrepreneurial mindset / resourceful problem-solving attitude, comfortable with stress and last minute changes
Eager, willing to learn, and ability to demonstrate a hands-on approach
