CBD Vida Inc. is a start up global corporation specializing in the distribution of manufactured natural health products that contain CBD and Non CBD health ingredients. Our product line will diversify in phases and expand from daily supplements to protein and power bars, skin care, hygiene products etc.

Our company will be diversified in E-Commerce and Retail and Network marketing that will have a global reach in product distribution of the above-mentioned product line.

We are looking for a Medical Sales Representative who will be responsible for selling medical and health products, Class II Medical Devices, equipment, and services to hospitals, health systems, doctors' offices, clinics, etc.

As a medical sales representative, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • arrange appointments with doctors, pharmacists, hospital medical teams, health stores, etc, which may include pre-arranged appointments or regular 'cold' calling
  • make presentations to doctors, practice staff and nurses in GP surgeries, hospital doctors and pharmacists in the retail sector
  • organize conferences for doctors and other medical staff
  • build and maintain positive working relationships with medical staff and support administrative staff
  • manage budgets for catering, outside speakers, conferences and hospitality
  • keep detailed records of all contacts
  • reach, and if possible, exceed annual sales targets
  • win new customers, as well as developing long-term relationships with existing ones
  • regularly attend company meetings, technical data presentations and briefings
  • keep up to date with the latest clinical data supplied by the company, and interpret, present and discuss this data with health professionals during presentations
  • analyze sales data to improve results and make sure resources are effectively allocated
  • monitor competitor activity and competitors' products
  • keep up to date with new developments, anticipate potential negative and positive impacts on the business and adapt strategy accordingly
  • develop strategies for increasing opportunities to meet and talk to contacts in the medical and healthcare sector
  • Cold call and visit prospects on location
  • Manage all leads and customers within a defined territory
  • Place replenishment orders at existing accounts
  • Maximize profits by upselling and cross-selling additional products
  • Communicate between sales, marketing, and support teams to improve the customer experience
  • Collect, analyze, and present field sales data to assist with strategic planning and implementation

Required Skills

  • Fluent English required. (spoken & written) French is an asset
  • Ideal candidate would be memorable, dynamic & self motivated
  • Proven abilities in finding and closing sales
  • Effective organizational, time management and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Knowledge of Syspro is considered an asset

Required Experience

  • College or University Diploma, preferably in a Science field
  • Minimum two (2) years of sales experience
  • Experience in the Health and Medicine field
