Who we are looking for:

We are actively seeking an ambitious and savvy Senior Strategist to join our growing team. Working collaboratively with clients and alongside a cross-functional team, you are able to establish the big picture by unlocking data-fueled insights and roll up your sleeves to bring your thinking to life. The ideal candidate will have a range of integrated experience from traditional brand planning, to analog and digital communications strategy including web, social, content and CRM. You are passionate about culture and understanding how media, technology, creativity and design are reshaping interactions between people and brands.

What you'll do:

  • Participate in long-range marketing planning for a variety of client brands.
  • Lead the strategic response to client project briefs including: consumer segment/persona development, insights and truths development, completion of consumer journey maps, creation of channel-based communications strategies, creation of messaging architectures, development and delivery of creative briefs to internal creative teams.
  • Uncover big strategic ideas that inspire and excite internal and client teams.
  • Absorb and synthesize research and other information into compelling brand and human insights.
  • Continually and efficiently monitor relevant cultural and category trends.
  • Evaluate and provide points of view on platforms and content for client consideration.
  • Build trust and respect with clients and interpret their business needs.
  • Advise and guide clients toward fresh and innovative ideas.
  • Provide ongoing thought leadership based on discipline, key consumer, technology and trends.
What you'll need:

  • 8 to 10 years of experience working in an agency/marketing environment in an integrated capacity.
  • Demonstrated integrated strategy experience across both traditional brand planning and omni-channel go-to-marketing strategies, particularly digital (web, app, social, content).
  • Proficient in using PowerPoint or Keynote; able to author, design and deliver breakthrough presentations.
  • Excellent and persuasive communication skills; able to clearly articulate and sell your strategies in relatable and convincing ways.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects & competing priorities simultaneously and effectively.
  • Self-starter who takes ownership and responsibility.
  • Exceptional at processing large amounts of documentation and research into salient strategies that align with clients' business goals.
