The Graphic Design and Digital Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for designing graphics for the brand, assisting in and executing various communication and digital projects as well as providing on-going marketing support to our regions globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and edit graphics and brand materials as needed for marketing, operational and business development purposes including brand brochures, advertisements, digital materials, LTO promotions, recipe guides etc.
  • Work with regions to complete requests in a timely manner, provide support and solicit feedback
  • Printing coordination
  • Maintain and update website via Wordpress
  • Provide social media support such as monitoring, posting, creating content, generating a social media calendar
  • Maintain FTP folder and support all FTP file inquiries
  • Work with the Supply Chain Department to ensure all necessary Marketing Kit materials and labels are ready to be shipped out on time
  • Assist with developing marketing strategies for various brand initiatives focused on sustainability
  • Play a supporting role in creating PR campaigns and marketing strategies for new and existing regions product launches, grand openings, in-cafĂ© events etc.
  • Manage organizational presence on social networking sites including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter
  • Develop and maintain a social media calendar along with content
  • Measure and report performance of all digital campaigns
  • Identify strategic digital partnership opportunities

Qualifications:

  • Minimum two years of experience in graphic design, marketing, public relations and/or communications
  • Strong design and photography skills
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat)
  • Experience working with Wordpress
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
  • Ability to produce results at a consistently high standard
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team setting
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize activities and projects
  • Confident working in a dynamic, fast paced environment with the ability to adapt quickly to change
  • Flexibility in working hours to meet the needs of the business
  • A positive, professional attitude and demeanour
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • College or University Degree in Graphic Design and Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Digital Marketing or related field
  • Past campaign and content creation and social media management experience required
  • Experience with QSR, Food & Beverage and Hospitality preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $40,000.00 to $45,000.00 /year

Experience:

  • Graphic Design, Marketing, PR and/or Communications: 2 years (Preferred)

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
