Two Acute care hospital (200 beds & 600 beds)

Located approximately a 6 hour drive from Toronto in the USA

2.5 hour drive from Windsor

USA-Close to Canadian (Ontario) border

Experienced RNs required for most hospital acute care units

New Grads accepted on med/surg units-EXCELLENT New Grad orientation & residency program. Possibility to transfer to specialty unit after 12 months employment

  • Large Magnet status hospital system including one 200 bed acute care hospital and one 600 bed acute care hospital
  • Generous sign-on/relocation package

$13,000 sign-on bonus/relocation/documentation allowance-Paid at 30 days.

Furnished housing provided for 1 month upon arrival

Registered Nurse (RN) responsibilities:

  • Plans and provides high quality nursing care to patients
  • Administer medications, provide and render treatment to patients
  • Communicate with physicians, LPNs, radiologists and other medical professionals
  • Collaborate with physicians to create a Plan of Care for each patient
  • Consider the age of the patient and his or her emotional stability when determining appropriate treatment
  • Create and contribute to patients’ medical records as needed
  • Respond to inquiries, concerns and complaints from patients and their families
  • Counsel patients and family members before, during and after treatment


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred or will complete within 3 years of employment
  • NCLEX-Must have passed NCLEX RN to apply
  • Current VisaScreen Certificate for non-US applicants-Apply at
  • Valid US or Canadian passport or Green Card (We cannot sponsor)
  • Valid nursing Indiana RN license or eligible for
  • BLS
  • Advanced knowledge of EMRs
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule and to fill in when needed
  • Excellent bedside manner and communication skills
  • Ability to explain treatments and conditions to children of all ages
  • Working knowledge of health care laws and regulations
