Reporting to the Program Manager II, this position is responsible for managing the Value Stream to ensure overall direction, control, coordination and achievement of business objectives and requirements in support of a high level of customer satisfaction.
Tasks may include but are not limited to:
Manage purchase order review in accordance with contract and organizational requirements and corresponding demand (Sales Order and Forecast) management within the SAP Business System;
Conduct regular reviews of schedule alignments and work with the planning team on schedule changes;
Lead and administer the customer schedule demand reviews internally within GACL MRO;
Preparation of quotes/cost estimates;
Management of accounts receivable;
Monitor key SAP metrics supporting delivery progress in accordance with commitments, review of OTD reports and forecasted OTD reports in co-ordination with operations and procurement;
Administer and manage the customer Warranty (D3) from initial report of rejection to the delivery and adjudication of the warranty/ repair;
Administer transactions in customer portals;
Travel to other sites as required; and
Perform other duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of three years demonstrated program management experience; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
Experience in a manufacturing environment required with a general knowledge of manufacturing & related processes
Demonstrated experienced in established Program Management Processes and Tools
MRO experience preferred
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Effective Leadership skills
Basic Finance and Accounting principles knowledge
A minimum of 1-3 years of demonstrated knowledge and experience with SAP or another major MRP system
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Project within a Windows environment
Demonstrated strong customer management skills with the ability to lead multifunctional teams across sites.
Previous experience in a high demand/fast-paced work environment with the ability to multi-task.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Strong bias for action with a results focused orientation and a commitment to continuous improvement.
