The Chamber Music Kelowna Society invites applications for an experienced part time Operations Coordinator with leadership skills, fundraising expertise and the ability to manage the administration of a non-profit performing arts organization. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Operations Coordinator will assist the Board in advancing the Society's mission, goals and strategic objectives, and oversee the administration of the organization, including volunteer coordination, communications, grant writing and fundraising activities. The successful candidate must have proven ability to handle the responsibilities outlined above and should also possess an understanding and appreciation for music. Excellent verbal and written communications skills are required, as is proficiency with office software programs and social media. This is a part time position, anticipated to average 30 - 40 hours a month, working from home, with flexible hours. Please email cover letter and resume with salary expectations by November 30.
