NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Azure Technical Specialist to join our team in VICTORIA, British Columbia (CA-BC), Canada (CA).

The Azure Technical Specialist should have the following qualities, and should have at least 3 years of related work experience (candidates with less experience may still be considered):
Experience with Directory Synchronization tools in Azure (e.g. Azure AD Connect);
Experience supporting large (> 70,000 users) Active Directory migrations into Azure cloud services;
Experience with Azure Infrastructure as a Service, Platform as a Service and Software as a Service Cloud architectures;
Experience with integrating Active Directory and managing server virtualization technologies within Azure cloud service offerings;
Knowledge of relational (Oracle or SQL Server) and non-relational databases;
Knowledge of Agile and Scrum software development practices and release management;
Desired knowledge of DevOps methods;
Desired experience with scripting languages, i.e., PowerShell, Python, Bash, Ruby, Perl, etc;
Desired experience with revision control source code repositories (GIT, SVN) ;
Desired Knowledge of networking protocols and technologies, i.e., VPN's, DNS, load balancing and firewalling.;
Experience with Linux or Windows-based systems administration skills in a Cloud or Virtualized environment;
Desired certifications include Azure-Specific certification, MCSA or equivalent;
Experience with the design and implementation of an enterprise Hybrid Cloud capability; configuration of foundational Azure cloud services and assessment/integration of emerging cloud features (such as Azure MFA, Conditional Access etc);
Experience developing APIs and Webhooks for multi-directional integration with Azure cloud services;
Experience working closely with line of business (LOB) developers to collaborate on the design and deployment of proof-of-concept and pilot business use cases using the Azure cloud platform.
