As a Senior Consultant you will be designing, implementing and overseeing multiple enterprise level solutions based on Microsoft infrastructure and cloud technologies. These Microsoft solutions will include the following:

Cyber Security technologies, including Microsoft Identity & Information Protection (On-premises and Azure Active Directory, Intune, Mobile Device and App Management, Data Loss Prevention, Threat Detection and Analytics, etc.);

Microsoft Cloud Infrastructure Platform (private and public cloud);

Microsoft Cloud Productivity Platform (private and public cloud).

This critical role within the Consulting Services

Spans various focus areas such as Business Development, Solution Strategy, Solution Architecture, and Global Project Delivery Technical Leadership;

Provides end-to-end technical guidance, solution development and deployment expertise;

Provides client facing pre-sales and solution development support for the sales team, including proposal development and presentation.

What you will be doing / Your responsibilities will include:
Becoming a trusted advisor to our clients on technology matters;

Presenting at client centered workshops and seminars;

Learning new technology and organizing training sessions for consultants;

Creating technology roadmaps and proposals for client projects;

Presenting Microsoft Cloud-focused solutions and recommendations to Senior Executives;

Liaising with cross-functional teams to build product & business requirements, collaboratively developing the best products possible;

Providing technical leadership and mentoring to a global team of consultants;

Maintaining leading edge knowledge of relevant Microsoft technologies and best practices;

Occasional traveling required.

What we are looking for / Qualifications / Requirements:
University degree or college diploma in Computer Sciences, IT, or related area of study;

Microsoft certified, MCSE/MCITP

At least 5 years of progressive project experience working in medium to large IT environments as a subject matter expert (SME) in Microsoft Infrastructure, Productivity and Security solutions, both on premise and cloud-based

At least 5 years’ experience as systems operator in a Windows server technology environment (2008/2012/2016)

Hands-on experience with one or more of the following:
Active Directory design and operations

Microsoft messaging, such as Exchange and Office 365

Cloud infrastructure solutions, such as AWS or Azure IaaS, and Microsoft System Center

Required Soft Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must;

Great technical project oversight and personal organization skills;

Leadership and negotiation skills with business and technical groups;

Demonstrated experience creating solution architectures, detailed designs, implementation and support expertise;

Ability to understand the “big picture” and create appropriate solutions to meet the goals;

Excellent verbal and written communication in French and English skills are a must;

Experience presenting to Executives, including formal presentations, white-board sessions/workshops, large and small group presentations;

Ability to listen well, understand what is being communicated, and translate the information into business and technical solutions;

Deep understanding of cloud computing as a fundamentally disruptive technical and business strategy;

Ability to understand customer experience and pain points.
