Coursera’s Global TA Operations & Programs team is a strategic function within the Talent Acquisition team focused on accelerating recruiting results. Our team supports all functions within Coursera and is responsible for Global Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging programs, University Recruiting and Recruiting Operations. We partner with recruiting managers and business leaders to develop inclusive recruiting strategies and programs, create best-in-class interview and hiring experiences, and operationalize systems and processes to increase recruiting efficiency and effectiveness.
Design, build and maintain recruiting-related systems, processes, workflows, and tools enabling the recruiting team to work more effectively.
Responsible for end-to-end project management of recruiting/diversity initiatives from concept, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Manage the global contingent workforce program including vendor sourcing, negotiation, compliance, agency relationships, recruitment, process improvement and budget management.
Ensure hiring practices are OFCCP compliant and support AAP programs.
Redesign and manage Coursera’s Global Employee Referral Program.
Developed interview/recruiting training materials for hiring managers, interviewers, and recruiters.
Consult with recruiting teams to identify areas of process improvement & translate to recruiting system requirements.
3+ years of program/project management experience in HR/recruiting operations, diversity programs or related.
Experience with recruiting compliance and delivering against legal obligations (OFCCP, GDPR, etc.)
Experience building or managing diversity or recruiting programs
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel (vlookup, pivot tables, functions).
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and hiring processes.
