CBI Langley is a small, boutique, acute care and program clinic that is well rooted in our community.
You will be responsible for shared administrative support functions in a team environment as well as assigned individual tasks. This is a full time permanent role located at 8880 202 Street, Langley.
As the Administrative Team Lead you will:
Work in collaboration with the Clinic Team Lead to achieve business outcomes; and support team environment
Create a high performance culture, leading by example; performance managing and mentoring/coaching; supervising and training of support personnel
Reception/Administration and client services
Ability to work efficiently with the BC CBO regarding payroll and disbursements process
Reception and client services
Billing and schedule management
Overseeing and providing administrative support to clinical staff/Manager Operations Customer Support
Preparation of required financial reports
Accounts receivables and coordination of accounts payable
Supervising and training
Inventory control of Clinic/Office supplies
What you will need to be successful
To take on the role of Administrative Team Lead, you must have:
Business degree or training at the post-secondary level an asset
1-2 years in an office leadership/management role required
Knowledge of the health care sector an asset.
Exceptional in customer service
A relationship builder with excellent interpersonal skills, professional and outgoing
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Consistently maintain confidentiality and demonstrate good judgment, tact and diplomacy
Proven ability to meet established deadlines with a high level of accuracy
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word is required
Experience with scheduling
