Role and Responsibilities
Performs design, development, unit testing, implementation and support of Salesforce application systems;
Participates in functional and technical design.
Hands on experience as Salesforce design/ tech lead in various industries mostly in insurance and finance.
Experience in Requirement Analysis, Estimation, Solution & Design, and Development, Administration, Configuration + Customization and Implementation of Salesforce applications.
Participates in post-implementation reviews of both application development content and process to maximize and share learning.
Experience in designing salesforce solutions, in Salesforce Configuration, Customization, Migration, Administration & Support
Hands-on experience on Digital Transformation, Agile Transformation, Modernization projects, Regulatory related projects.
MUST HAVE Skill sets
Strong technical skills, with at least 4+ years of development experience in SFDC Design and Development
Hands-on experience in Lightning framework (building custom Lightning components, Lightning pages, etc.)
Integrating SFDC application with external systems via REST and/or Platform Event
Apex, Visualforce page
Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Community Cloud.
Must have the following technical skills-
Languages: Apex, SOQL, Java/NET
Technologies/Methodologies: Salesforce CRM
Tools: Eclipse, Data loader, VS Code, DevOps (Bit bucket, Jenkins) and ANT Migration Tool
Have experience in Community Cloud, Salesforce1 Mobile Solution, Sales Cloud, service cloud, CRM Migration
NICE TO HAVE Skill Sets
SQL Server (Database/Query/Stored Procedures)
Oracle (Query/Store Procedures/PL SQL)
Experience in Data Migration using Data Loader, CLI.
Possess excellent Leadership, Analytical and Communication skills.
Salesforce Certified Sales & Service Cloud Consultant, Administrator, Developer
