McMahon Stadium has a unique opportunity for the right charismatic candidate. We are looking for an individual to join our team to be an Evening and Weekend Venue Facilitator. What does a Venue Facilitator do? The simple answer is - everything! He/She will be responsible for enthusiastically showcasing McMahon Stadium to user groups and ensuring their event/rental is enjoyable and well-coordinated while creating positive customer experiences. The candidate we are seeking is an individual who constantly seeks opportunities to go above and beyond, who is comfortable engaging and interacting with diverse clientele, and has diplomacy and tact to handle challenging situations. The successful candidate will be able to easily demonstrate the three "P's" - personable, professional, and positive! If you are outgoing, can work independently, and always looking for opportunities to enhance clients' experiences, then we are looking for you!

This is a full time seasonal position (40 hours/week) until November/December. The opportunity exists for this position to become permanent for an enthusiastic, hardworking individual. The position is predominantly evenings and weekends (typical shifts will be 4pm - midnight on weeknights and 8am - 4pm or 4pm - midnight on weekends) but the candidate will be required to have schedule flexibility to work days as well. The candidate must have the ability to work independently without supervision. This position will require the candidate to be able to perform some basic maintenance including but not limited to:

  • General upkeep
  • Mopping/sweeping
  • Garbage removal

In addition to the above, the candidate will be required to:

  • Collect rental payments
  • Welcome user groups and direct them where to go
  • Provide a basic security presence by monitoring the facility and completing routine perimeter walks
  • Ensure both participants and spectators adhere to Stadium policies
  • Setting up or assisting with equipment placement
  • Other duties as assigned
