Truspace is seeking a positive, team-oriented, and passionate inside sales representative with a successful record of accomplishment in telemarketing and appointment setting to join our growing sales team. Our company's focus is delivering all-inclusive office interior design services to commercial offices across Canada and ensuring every client we work with recognizes that we care about serving them.

Primary Responsibilities

Place outbound calls to new and existing accounts identifying opportunities, decision maker(s) and related customer service needs.
Educate potential clients on the features, benefits and ultimate value of our all-inclusive office design services.
Maintain accurate opportunity and prospect information in Salesforce CRM.
Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert them into sales.
High volume in the outbound calls description.
Marketing or pitching executives and owners of small, medium and large companies.
Desired Skills: Some knowledge of the real-estate and construction industry would be ideal but not necessary.
Resilient personality who can handles objections and think on the fly.
Desired Skills & Experience

Prior experience in B2B sales or telemarketing.
Ability to take initiative, multitask, and remember details.
Positive attitude towards delegation, peer reviews, and one-on-one meetings.
Communicates through email, live chat and over the phone in a clear, concise, and friendly way.
Excellent communication and listening skills.
Computer literacy and proven ability to learn new software and technologies.
Quick Learner, always willing to increase their knowledge base.
Excellent team player who will lead when required and always works in the best interests of the team.
