Duties:
Drafts, types and edits a variety of correspondence, reports, agendas, schedules and statistical forms related to the deployment of the Advances Metering Infrastructure (AMI).
Initiates, receives and processes requests for appointments from customers by telephone, fax, email, etc.
Determines availability and creates schedules to suit the availability of the Meter Installers. Ensures Meter Installers receive daily assignments and issues any cancellations and/or changes, as required.
Responds to AMI enquires from the public and staff, using effective customer service techniques.
Maintains a database to enter and track customer and project information.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Graduation from a recognized business college.
Three years’ related office experience.
Knowledge of City of Saskatoon geography.
Knowledge of business English.
Knowledge of current office practices and procedures.
Ability to deal tactfully and courteously with the public and civic staff.
Ability to plan and organize work with minimal supervision.
Skill in the operation of office equipment, including a computer with word-processing, database and spreadsheet software.

Hours:
Shift work and weekend work may be involved

Salary:
$25.28 to $25.67 per hour (2019 rates)
