ShipFusion is looking for a highly-motivated, detail oriented and energetic Marketing and Communications Specialist to join our Growth team.

ShipFusion is a leading e-commerce logistics provider. We provide shipping and fulfillment services to growing e-commerce companies and provide shipping software, carrier discounts, and access to our multiple distribution facilities across the US and Canada.

As a member of our Growth Department, you will be a key part of establishing ShipFusion as the global leader in the B2B Shipping and Fulfillment space.

Create and maintain ShipFusion’s style, tone and voice in various types of content.
Create content and manage our editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience (including writing blog posts, ebooks, webinars, sales collateral, customer case studies, press releases etc.).
Responsible for community management across all social media platforms that engages audiences into relevant online and offline conversation.
Reports on social media and digital performance within the company by determining key performance indicators that can be used to measure success.
Track and manage the results of content with a key focus on MQLs.
Contribute to SEO, SEM and optimization efforts to increase organic web traffic
Assist with PR, reputation management, event and demand generation initiatives

Post-secondary education and/or equivalent experience in journalism, communications or content marketing in B2B space.
Exceptional writing skills with 2-3 years of direct experience producing content across multiple media and styles.
Expertise in strategic operations in multiple social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Reddit.
Ability to produce content across multiple platforms and to deliver both long-form and short-form content.
Highly organized and keen eye for detail to build annual PR roadmap and strategy.
Past experience with WordPress.
Extensive knowledge of logistics and/or e-commerce preferred.
