What success looks like:
You’ll manage application change processes for some of the company’s enterprise applications and systems.
Day-to-day project management, planning, coordination, tracking, documentation and reporting of short duration IS/IT infrastructure projects.
Coordinating support cases related to improving various systems including analysis, implementation, test, deployment, training and hand-over to internal stakeholders.
Managing application change management processes for enterprise applications suites such as Dynamics AX, Dynamics CRM and SharePoint.
Coordinating and chairing status calls, business requirements sessions, and solution reviews with Colliers Project Leaders staff, vendors and consultants from across Canada.
The effective use of project management methodology and business analysis techniques to plan, schedule, and facilitate the gathering and documentation of business requirements, specifications and requirements.
Managing the relationships between various internal and external project and application stakeholders.

Who you are:
You’re an IS/IT professional who possesses both a strong technical background and sound interpersonal skills that allow you to interact productively with both technical and non-technical team members and consultants.

What you bring:
Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of IS/IT infrastructure, including hardware, software and telecommunications
Either formal education or practical experience in software application implementation or software development
Three to five years of experience in information technology of which two to three of those years has been focused on IT project management
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to listen, understand, and respond both appropriately and effectively
The ability to take initiative and work under pressure with minimal supervision
PMP Designation or eligibility for PMP designation and strong knowledge of project management techniques and tools with practical experience managing IS/IT projects
Knowledge of business analysis techniques and tools to assist, schedule and facility with staff to gather business requirements and specifications
Familiarity with general financial control systems
Effective time and task management skills
A customer- and quality-focused approach
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
