JOB TITLE: Sales Coordinator, AG
BRANCH: Kindersley, SK - 204 12th Ave West, S0L 1S0
REPORTING TO: Branch Sales Manager
Job Duties and Responsibilities Include:
Complete Delivery pickup Orders in order to track and transfer equipment
Work and assist finance and equipment auditors in locating equipment.
Complete all incoming and outgoing rental inspections
Inventory tracking and processing quotes for salesman
Process all rental, sales, and demo agreements done by the sales reps
Yard and showroom maintenance
Basic accounting (AR / AP) support
reception duties (including greeting customers and directing calls)
Employee must adhere to all Occupational Health and Safety Standards. The company is committed to the protection and wellness of its employees
Job Requirements and Qualifications Include:
High school diploma
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Previous experience in the agriculture or construction equipment industry is an asset
Ability to work individually and as a member of a team
Excellent personal and organizational skills
